I had just looked at Hon. Omar and watched both his verbal and non-verbal communication. I have been in this situation although it was not as grave as it is in Mandera. I know there is a lot of pressure on the Member of Parliament when anything to do with security happens. Therefore, I had put an intervention to ask whether there is anything that can be done or any assurance can be given, so that he can give to his constituents. I know what it means when constituents have a problem. I am relating this with what was happening in Mutha. Therefore, Hon. Speaker, I just felt that he needed some more reassurance than what he was getting from the Chair."}
