There are many cases that have been taken to court involving quite a number of police officers, where people have been shot even after surrendering. It seems as if there is a silent order to shoot to kill in this country that has been issued without the attention of the public. We were even told of a case in Mombasa where a young man had surrendered and knelt. The police went ahead and sprayed him with seven bullets and then planted “evidence” beside him."}
