It will help in the financing of the COVID-19 pandemic-related expenditure in the Ministry of Health and other departments, including security and more instructively, even things that would help cushion Kenyans against the negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. That is why the Deputy Majority Whip was consulting on the issue of pending bills."}
