I heard the Senate Majority Leader say that we can debate and then later on have the amendments brought. That is the point that I want to speak to. From my feeling and the feeling of Members, I think that the meat, the substance of the debate is in what we are waiting for. It would not be an efficacious way of using time to debate in a way that will be altered completely when the substance is brought. So, I want to agree with Sen. Sakaja that this debate be adjourned so that when we see the substance; the meat, we can freely debate and conclude in an informed way on the way forward. Thank you."}
