I rise to propose an amendment to this Motion that I overrally support. This is in relation to Paragraph d (ii) which in general I support, and it is acceptable that we need an institution. My amendment is deleting the words “a” and “national” in the paragraph; deleting the word “facility” and replacing it with the word “facilities”; and deleting the last words, which are “with a bed capacity of at least 1,000 persons”."}
