I want to repeat that roadblocks are not for purposes of extortion and whoever extorts money from any Kenyan, will know the consequences. The law will take its course. However, I would also like to warn that the giver and the receiver of the bribe will be arrested. The person who gives money to the police officer also commits a crime and he or she will be arrested."}
