However, these are the same issues that I have heard from Hon. Washiali, Hon. (Ms.) Sabina Chege and Hon. Martin Owino. They all discuss the issues concerning the closure of schools, e-learning and many other issues. In fact, the Cabinet Secretary was supposed to appear before the Committee yesterday, but he sent his apologies that there was a Cabinet meeting. He has asked to appear before the Committee tomorrow, but the Clerk was addressing the issue of venue which was giving us a hard time. I promise that if we do not go on recess, by next week, we will bring back the Statement especially on e-learning, which is a thorny issue to all parents and for everyone because not all parts of the country are connected."}
