The problem we have with the Ministry of Education is that we have a Cabinet Secretary who is addressing children and parents the same way. He thinks parents are like children. Whenever he is talking to them on television, he tells them: “Did you hear me? Can you hear me?” I am a parent. I am a big man. You should address me like a parent not like my child who is in Standard Three."}
