I am proud to say that after three years of persuasion, 21 years ago, I was in the team that had the opportunity to draft the HIV/AIDS Act. That Act covers 14 different sectors. Let us expand our thinking with any intervention that must come in terms of COVID-19. Let us understand that this is a crisis beyond any individual departmental Committee. Indeed, it is a crisis that touches on all the Committees, which means that if we are to address it, we must think outside the box.
