I will add two things on this one. First, I support the Petition fully because it is very important. I informed Sen. Wambua that matters of Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE) have been of great challenge for a long time in counties. The Senate Committee on Education has developed a Bill that is now at mediation point with the National Assembly. I am sure that soon it will come to fruition."}
