We cannot keep on not introducing our young men and women into private practice. We cannot continue with a few people oppressing the majority. I know it is the wish of this House to see every qualified student who has gone through a livestock college getting employed. Each of us have in our own constituencies unemployed youth . They should be given the opportunity to train in a manner that is well organized by the Government as this Bill does and be given an opportunity to make a livelihood like all of us."}
