What is required now is a Motion initially supported by a quarter of the Members, in this case, 87 of them. Once it is presented, then the Motion will carry the day if it is supported by a third of all the Members and then a select committee of 11 will be appointed to examine the issue and report. Once satisfied, this House will effect that change and communicate to the other House, which must follow a similar process."}
