I want this House, if I may say so, to regard the Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife and the Ministry of Environment as twin brothers; twin brothers who have no reason to quarrel; twin brothers who are working in the same direction for the same purpose. Hon. Wekesa and myself want to be treated that way. I am sure when he has his time he will confirm this. So, schools will grow seedlings so that they are available in Kenya. Each school will be supplied with a water tank if it has none. It will be supplied with a 10,000 litre tank and the necessary gutters for it to harvest water to start tree nurseries."}
