Where a contract was entered into before the declaration of a pandemic and the pandemic affects the performance of a contractual obligation- (a) the defaulting party may give notice of default in writing to the other party citing the reason for the default to be as a result of the pandemic; and (b) the parties to a contract may enter into an arrangement to review the terms of the contract and to extend the timelines for the defaulting party to meet the contractual obligations."}
