"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. This is a classic case of an Assistant Minister taking this House for a ride. He is being asked how much money was allocated or used by the two police stations. This is information within his knowledge in the sense that even if the entire amount was allocated to the OCPD, he is still under duty to account to this House how that money was utilized and how much was received by these two police stations. We want to see how fair this system was. Is he in order to avoid doing that?"
