As it is, from what the Assistant Minister is saying, we can only ask him--- We are not going to ask the Committee because it is at liberty, as you are all aware, at any time to pick up any matter that they feel like prosecuting. So, I will not order any Committee to handle this matter, but I will ask the Assistant Minister for the very last time to give us a final answer again, in one week’s time. Bring us a comprehensive answer as to whether or not this person will be prosecuted. If it is true, as it has been said, that the appeal is there and he has followed the right procedure, then you must come with an answer to this House as to why this man has not been prosecuted. It is so ordered!"
