"content": " The Standing Orders' provisions speak to a Committee reporting to the House within one week. Did I hear you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, say the Report should be before this House within one week? Could you give additional directions to the Committee so that, if possible, it can be clear when we are appearing before the Committee? That is for all Members interested, including me. Per your directions, I imagine the Report should be there by Wednesday. Could you direct the manner in which we shall be appearing before the Committee?"
