"content": " Hon. Temporary Chairman, I beg to move that the Senate amendment to clause 11 be rejected. Reason being that clause 11 of the Bill proposes an amendment to Section 114 of the Water Act to expand the mandate of the water trust fund by broadening the scope of entities to which the fund caters."
