Even the points of order that we are raising and the issues we may want clarified must also be of substance. For example, you asked where the proof is. Circumstantial evidence is a concept in law. So, if the hon. Member is able to table documents suggesting circumstantial evidence to a point, he deserves to be listened to. Shame on us, if we cannot listen to him! That is my information."
