Remember that matter is of immense concern to the residents of Northern Kenya and the matter was about the toxic waste that has been dumped in parts of Northern Kenya. I am shocked that the statement is not available. So, I would rather request that probably you rule when that statement will be available so that we can make further inputs on the same."
