"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to also contribute to this important Motion. I want to start by congratulating the Budget and Appropriations Committee for work well done. They went through a lot to ensure that the Budget is well balanced. My main concern is on the huge reduction on the capital expenditure against the recurrent expenditure. Capital expenditure should have less deduction because it spurs development in the country. This area touches on employment of the youth and determines the production in the country. As the members of the Budget and Appropriations Committee continues with their work, I suggest they put more effort in reducing recurrent expenditure and enhancing the capital expenditure because it is very important for the development in the country.
