Millie that when I say “heterosexual Kenyan couples, divorced, widowed, or single parents,” I am talking of the categories which may be faced with the difficulty of infertility. I am not excluding the fact that they are Kenyans. I am just talking about the category of benefit from the citizenship of Kenya."
