We decided in Clause 4 (a) that we need to provide a framework for the protection and advancement of assisted reproductive technology services. However, that is where we stopped. About us adding the words “every person’, we had an argument and Hon. Kaluma said it has to be “heterosexual.” I am talking about Clause 4(a)"
