Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 49 of the Bill be amended in subclause (1), by deleting paragraph (d) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph— “(d) such other methods as the cabinet secretary in consultation with the relevant licensing authority may prescribe”. We need to ensure that consultations with all the relevant licensing authorities take place with the Board. We are opening it up for all licensing authorities to enable them to have consultations with the Board."
