"content": " Hon. Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 50 of the Bill be amended in subclause (6) by deleting the word “monthly” and substituting therefor the word “quarterly”. This is basically moving from monthly to quarterly because requiring a typical coffee grower to submit returns to the Board on a monthly basis is onerous, cumbersome and unnecessarily too expensive. As we have already made amendments on Clause 32, we only need to be consistent from monthly to quarterly."
