"content": "THAT, Clause 61 of the Bill be amended in— (a) in subclause (1) by deleting the words “county executive committee member” and substituting therefor the words “county government”; and, (b) in subclause (2) by deleting the words “county executive committee member” and substituting therefor the words “county government”. The essence of this amendment is to change the words from “county executive committee member” to “county government”."
