The first supplementary question was asked, but the Assistant Minister’s answer was so inaccurate that he did not have an answer! In fact, there was a lot of ineptitude portrayed! At that point, he was asked to go and get the right answer. Could he, please, take us through the entire Question?"

Having sensed the inadequacy of the answer, the Speaker then sent the Assistant Minister to go and prepare adequately, so that he could come and give this House a convincing answer. So, is the Assistant Minister in order to mislead this House that the Question was dealt with?"
