"content": " Hon. Speaker, I am imploring you. Teachers’ suffering on issues of insurance and healthcare should not be taken lightly. Those people are on the ground serving our children. If their insurance cover is not in place or their money is not being remitted on time, it brings suffering to them. Teachers are guardians to very many people. The society is unwell when the health of teachers is in trouble. Despite the fact that Hon. Milemba represents the union, we as representatives of the people need to add our voices to teachers' welfare to be taken care of. That is along the health insurance of all Kenyans."
