"content": " We all have an issue with the Governor of Nairobi County for the embarrassing activities and actions we witnessed. Kenya Power lines carry cables for the Last Mile Connectivity Programme. The information and communication technology (ICT) and digital economy sectors depend on Kenya Power to transmit the Last Mile Connectivity fibres to the homes of Kenyans. It is one of the biggest pillars of the Kenya Kwanza Government in the Kenya Digital Master Plan. Therefore, it is gross misconduct for a leader to upset a fellow government agency. Hon. Speaker, I do not think it is in Hon. Chepkonga’s place to guide you, to summon the IG to appear in Parliament. Under discretionary Standing Order 1, you are wise enough to make a Solomonic decision on that issue. However, what was done by Governor Sakaja is gross misconduct and goes against the tenets of the Constitution, even on matters leadership. I just needed to know if Hon. Chepkonga is in order to direct the Speaker."
