"content": "This is a Question by Private Notice, and so you do not have to have a written answer. That is the standard procedure. Hon. Olago Aluoch, on the face of it, the Question talks about the exhumation of a body. If the contents of the answer will go into matters that will essentially, in your opinion, have to do with the substance of the suit itself--- You need to clarify that bit."
