"content": " Hon. Temporary Chairlady, it is okay to remove this money from the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP). The Office has a lot of work during and immediately after elections, but after that, there is not much work. Because of that, this money can find some use somewhere else. We can put this money in education and other places. Again, with only three months remaining in the financial year, I do not see how the ORPP is going to spend that huge sum of Ksh204 million for the time being. Therefore, my suggestion is that we agree to remove that money as long as it does not affect salaries and things that have already been spent. Let us move that money and put it elsewhere where there is enough need. Therefore, Hon. Temporary Chairlady, I support the reduction of the funds in the ORPP."
