What I am asking is: how do I go to Busia County and tell them that I represent them if the money was stolen, and I was sitting here acting like I am sober? I do not know what to do. I just want to understand what happened to the money. The money itself is so meagre that it should not be deducted but increased. We need all the women in Kenya to be represented and heard. We do not want theories every day that women are being empowered and given opportunities. This is like giving somebody a present of a goat, but you stick to the rope. We are being remote- controlled. We need the rights of all 47 CWRs to be in place like yesterday. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
