"content": " Hon. Speaker, I think our country is having a lot of problems. Many of us have relatives or neighbours in the Middle East: Qatar, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia. I want to find out whether the Prime Cabinet Secretary has a programme to sensitise those going to these places before they leave. This is because most Members of Parliament may not be able to reach the majority of people traveling to the Middle East, yet we have too many Kenyans there."

The details you get out of it must be protected to ensure they do not fall into the wrong hands. When we take the samples, we give the results to individuals in confidence. Sometimes DNA results could prove something else."
