"content": "Thank you, Majority Whip. Hon. Members, we will now go to the issue of the Road Maintenance Levy Fund (RMLF) as it was raised by the Member for Bumula yesterday. Do we have the Chair, Departmental Committee on Transport and Infrastructure? I saw him here, earlier on. Can you bring in the Cabinet Secretary? Hon. Members, yesterday, I promised that I will allocate not more than thirty minutes to this item, and it will be exactly that - thirty minutes. Hon. Members, we have the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport to make a Statement to the House on the issue of RMLF. The issue is very clear. It was raised by the Member for Bumula. Many Members have been raising the same issue along the way. So, what we require is a Statement from the Cabinet Secretary. Once he finishes, I will give the agent provocateur, the Member for Bumula, to have a first go, then I will allow a few of you because the issues are the same on whether the RMLF money will be released and how soon. Cabinet Secretary, as you do so, consider that part of the issue is pending before a court of law. So, you must navigate carefully, but clearly, so that we can have this matter behind us. Welcome, Cabinet Secretary."
