"content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I stand under Standing Order No.101(4), Contents of Speech which reads- “No senator shall impute improper motive to any other senator or to the member of the National Assembly.” I have heard Sen. Cherarkey mention me in what did not look like a good motive. He was talking about that I was just excited because I do not know I went to which rally. I would like him to clarify what he meant and if at all that was relevant to this debate."
