"content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I have never understood the profession of law, although my daughter and son are lawyers. Can you see the young lawyer, Sen. Nyamu, is unable to agree with the young lawyer, Sigei? Sigei is telling me it is Article 53, but I said it is Article 43. However, he is telling me it is Article 53. I told the Senate on the record that it is Article 43. Sen. Wakili Sigei, you might be a lawyer, but you did not play a role in writing the Constitution. We are the ones who wrote it. We put the provision of the right to education in Article 43 not Article 53."
