No. Kisumu/Dago/39 contrary to his commitment to do so vide a letter dated 16/4/1987; and, (b) why Mr. Salim Mupelele Said is frustrating the family of Mr. Olang’o Ongudi and St. Antony Dago Kokore Secondary School from transferring the parcel of land to the school."
