However, I do not know whether the Assistant Minister is not aware or not serious in actually ensuring that these teachers are paid. This is because on 29th November, 2011 I received a call confirming the payment for five months up to November, 2010. To date, nothing else has been deposited there. The account is in KCB, Kapsabet and it is No.272970769. Could the Assistant Minister confirm that these teachers are actually going to be paid immediately?"
