"content": "The children who abuse drugs especially alcohol today even in the estates are boys. Even those who chew miraa are boys. It is too dangerous and the Ministry has not done anything to take care of the boy child. The answer the Assistant Minister has given in this House is theoretical. I would like to hear the Assistant Minister tell me that there are some plans; A,B,C and D, that have been put in place to cater for the boy child like in the case of the girl-child."
