Therefore, Hon. Jared Okello is completely out of order for casting aspersions on the membership of the Majority side without a substantive motion. I beg that you direct Hon. You do not have the right to say that because somebody did not support your views, therefore, he held very strong views. How do you measure strong views? There is no barometer to determine the strength of views. I sat here the whole morning and some of these Hon. Members did not even speak to that Motion. Avoid sensationalising issues and raising unhelpful passions in the House. Hon.
