If you look at pages 14 and 16 of the Motion that has been ably presented by Hon. Wamboka, you will realise that the Motion is contrary to Standing Order 89. Many of the cases being referred to are actively in court. Therefore, the sub judice rule kicks in. I invite you to look at that and declare that the cases being referred to are not admissible in this Motion. The Motion extensively relies on personal matters affecting the Member who appended her signature as No.15 on the list. As per Standing Order 90, that Member should have declared her interest in the matter. The cases being referred to are related to the Member. I move that we amend the list, or you declare that the list presented to you be totally expunged. Therefore, this Motion falls on its face. Hon.
