Probably, the county governments will need to move with speed to designate a public notice board at the county, ward and village levels. Each village must have a formal notice board, where items advertisement of this nature will be pasted. They, therefore, need to work very hard in their village to ensure there is a public space for a notice board. Indeed, that is the import of the amendment. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairlady."},{"id":1410242,"url":"http://info.mzalendo.com/api/v0.1/hansard/entries/1410242/?format=json","text_counter":379,"type":"scene","speaker_name":"","speaker_title":"","speaker":null,"content":"(Question, that the words to be left out be left out, put and agreed to)"},{"id":1410243,"url":"http://info.mzalendo.com/api/v0.1/hansard/entries/1410243/?format=json","text_counter":380,"type":"scene","speaker_name":"","speaker_title":"","speaker":null,"content":"(Question, that the words to be inserted in place thereof be inserted, put and agreed to)"},{"id":1410244,"url":"http://info.mzalendo.com/api/v0.1/hansard/entries/1410244/?format=json","text_counter":381,"type":"scene","speaker_name":"","speaker_title":"","speaker":null,"content":"(Clause 11 as amended agreed to)"},{"id":1410245,"url":"http://info.mzalendo.com/api/v0.1/hansard/entries/1410245/?format=json","text_counter":382,"type":"scene","speaker_name":"","speaker_title":"","speaker":null,"content":"(Clauses 12 and 13 agreed to)"},{"id":1410246,"url":"http://info.mzalendo.com/api/v0.1/hansard/entries/1410246/?format=json","text_counter":383,"type":"speech","speaker_name":"Funyula, ODM","speaker_title":"Hon.
