Temporary Chairperson, the original Bill that came from the Senate had no mode of communication. In this regard, the Committee having listened to the members of the public, it became necessary to include the words “in writing.” The consequential import of that is that when you are applying for a license, you must disclose a place where they can deliver the written response. You must disclose a postal address where a written response will be posted. It is going to have far much consequential advantage to this country that we can trace people so that we do not use imposters to apply for licences.
