So, let us create this law so that we can protect Kenyans. I also wanted to add that it has become normal for a lot of women to try to display or avail themselves so that they are used for sex to benefit from certain services. Again, this is something that should not be right. I want to urge women across the world that they should never ask somebody to pay them for sex. Hon. Temporary Speaker, we even need a law against people asking for money to provide sex. I have heard of homes where wives are refusing to give sex because their husbands do not give them materials. Sex should be given free of charge. If there can be a law like that, I would support it. Thank you."}]}
