(7) The personnel qualified to conduct lot release of vaccines and batch release of health products shall submit their qualifications to the Authority. (8) A person who commits an offence under this section shall on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten million shillings, or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years, or to both. This is to harmonise the terms used in the Bill with the title of the Bill as proposed in the amendments.
