I want to ask the Public Service Commission to ensure that staff in Government Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) remain at the very optimum level. For example, the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) is a very important institution. Those who are aged 50 years and above are 60 per cent. If the staff leaving NSSF are not replaced, it means that we will have nobody manning that critical institution very soon.
