We are the representatives of the people and so, when you have a Question to be answered by the Cabinet Secretary, it is from our constituents. In most cases, I alert them that on a particular day, I will be on the Floor of the House articulating the issues that have been paining them. It would be in order that once you receive the communication from the Cabinet Secretary of their unavailability, you also inform those with Questions. It is so that they can also tell their constituents that their Questions will not be answered. Otherwise, you put us in a difficult situation when we have told our people that we will represent them and it does not happen. It looks like we do not know what is supposed to happen or we are lying to them.
