(b) in sub-clause (2), by inserting the words “responsible for matters relating to persons with disabilities” immediately after the words “committee member” appearing in the opening statement; and (c)in sub-clause (4), by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph— (a) a person with disabilities who resides within the respective county;"}]}
