We must develop this culture here. Looking at the mortality rate of this country, people who are perhaps in their post-50s tend not to live long because of a lack of social protection provisions and other such elements. This Bill comes in handy to create structures on who exactly is supposed to benefit; the board and its roles; and the roles of the Cabinet Secretary; and, those responsible. It clears the way for the formation of a well-structured format to help come up with a very good structure of settling the people in the age of majority.
