Section 25 of the Excise Duty Act is amended by inserting the following of section new subsections immediately after subsection (2) − 25 of Cap.472 (2A) Notwithstanding subsection (1)(a), a licensed micro-distiller shall be exempt from the requirement for automation, continuous piping, and the use of mass flow meters.
